The following terms and conditions (the "Agreement") apply to all visits, services, and activities provided by Painted Hand Casino ("Casino" or "we").

1. Acceptance of Terms

   By visiting the Casino, using its facilities, participating in its games, and/or receiving any service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

2. Age Restriction

   Only individuals 18 years of age and older may visit the Casino or participate in gaming activities. Individuals under the legal drinking age (19) are allowed only if accompanied by a guardian who meets the minimum age requirement for casino entry.

3. ID Verification

   You must provide valid photo identification to prove your age, identity, and residency when visiting the Casino, as required by law.

5. Self-Exclusion Program

   This Agreement applies equally to all mobile browsing of our website.

10. Applicability and Compliance

    This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saskatchewan, Canada without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

11. Jurisdiction

    Any disputes arising from this Agreement or related services will be resolved through arbitration according to the rules established by our governing body, the Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA), or as otherwise required under applicable law.

12. Changes and Updates

    The Casino may modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued visitation, participation in gaming activities, and/or use of services following any modifications constitutes acceptance of such changes.

13. Entire Agreement

    This Agreement represents the entire agreement between you and us regarding casino visitation, gaming, and service usage, and supersedes all previous communications or agreements related thereto.

14. Waiver and Limitations

    If we fail to enforce any provision of this Agreement at one time it does not constitute a waiver, and we reserve our right to assert such rights in the future as if there had been no failure to do so. Our liability is limited to the terms set out herein, unless applicable law dictates otherwise.
